Welcome to the fake posters of "The Winter Dance Party Tour". Many people have claimed to have the original poster and sold it on various auction places. So far they are all fake, that's right not real. If you purchased one of these, then you have a fake and not the real thing unfortunately. The novelty item that these posters have is kind of neat, but not worth the money they ask on auction sites and the such. These are just a few of the fakes and more will be coming soon to view. Also we will include Buddy Holly tour posters that are fake as well, so many will be here on display. We will not offer any of these items for sale here, it is strictly a watch out.... of what is out there.

Well what can I say about this poster, actually plenty. It is a nice poster with allot of false facts, let's start with the Buddy Holly song list that he would perform. The songs listed were not even created yet or released at the time specified to be hits. The Buddy Holly picture is from the U.K tour in 1958, so unless he jumped ahead in time for this picture to be put on the poster specified, it's not correct. Wow, look at this....... Ritchie Valens performs in 1957....., how is that possible when he was not even discovered or had a hit yet?. This one has been spotted many times on auction sites, do not get fooled into the false poster with Ritchie Valens. Also it claims to "tell all your friends about it", but those friends would have to wait for a long time for Ritchie to be with Buddy Holly on this one. Even with the wait the date and performance would never happen of what is stated.

Another fake one, this one claims to be one of the headline stories from a newspaper, this article or paper does not exist or at least not the way it is portrayed here. A nice picture setup as most are, but again not worth the price that some people expect to get when saying it is real, when in fact it is NOT!
